Prohibited activity

Do not use EsigIt for fraud, impersonation, harassment, malware distribution, unauthorized collection of personal data, or any attempt to bypass signer verification controls.

Prohibited documents

Do not upload document classes excluded by law, documents requiring notarization unless separately handled outside EsigIt, or materials you do not have authority to send for signature.

Abuse prevention

Automated abuse, credential stuffing, spam workflows, and attempts to probe or overload the service are forbidden. Accounts or documents may be blocked when activity appears abusive, unlawful, or outside the supported compliance scope.
