What else can you send with EsigIt?

Any PDF you already use: EsigIt has 2 more pages for documents that aren't templates here.

Are these templates free?

Yes: all 7 are free to read, copy, print and edit, with no account and no email address.

You pay EsigIt only if you send one for signature: $1.99 a document in 2026, charged once, when the last signer finishes. If nobody signs, you pay nothing. See how the pricing works.

How does sending a template for signature work?

It takes 4 steps: fill in your part, upload it, add your client's name and email, and send.

Your client opens a link, enters a 6-digit code EsigIt emails them, reads the whole document and signs on their phone. They never need an account. See how it works.

Is a template signed with EsigIt legally binding?

The e-signature can be: since 2000, the federal ESIGN Act has said a contract can't be denied legal effect just because it was signed electronically.

Whether a given clause holds up, like a waiver's release, is a question of state law, not of the signature. Wills and some family-law documents are excluded from ESIGN, and EsigIt refuses those. Read what makes an e-signature hold up.

These templates are a starting point, not legal advice. State laws differ on worker classification, deposits, waivers and more. Have a lawyer in your state review a template before you rely on it.
