Service scope

EsigIt provides electronic signature workflows for permitted business documents. You are responsible for confirming legal suitability, recipient accuracy, authority to sign, and records retention requirements for your jurisdiction and transaction.

Excluded document classes

Do not use EsigIt for wills, testamentary trusts, family law judgments or orders, any document class excluded under applicable law, or any workflow requiring notarization or identity proofing beyond the controls provided by the service.

Pricing and payment

EsigIt costs $1.99 for each completed document. That is the whole price. There is no subscription, no monthly minimum, no setup fee and nothing to cancel.

• A document is completed when every signer on it has finished. That is the only moment you are charged.
• You pay $1.99 once per document, whether it has one signer or several, one page or fifty.
• If a document is never finished, you are not charged for it.
• We save your card through Stripe when you send a document. Stripe processes the payment. EsigIt never sees or stores your full card number.
• If we ever change the price, we will post it here and email you before it applies to documents you send.

A different written agreement between you and EsigIt, if there is one, takes priority over this section.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and only upload documents you have the right to send. You are responsible for what is sent from your account.

Records

Completion records may include consent events, email verification status, timestamps, IP metadata, user-agent evidence, signed PDF hash data, and completion certificates. You are responsible for downloading and retaining records needed for your business process.
